EIA Director, Dr. John M. Nomikos, has published an editorial entitled “European Intelligence Academy: a Greek Approach“.[pdf] The editorial details and explains the rationale behind the EIA effort, in light of recent developments in Europe, including the Joint European Union Intelligence School (JEIS), which is today led by Greece and Cyprus, and the Intelligence College in Europe (ICE), which was launched in Paris, France, in March of 2019.
