The latest publication as part of our EIA’s Research Paper Series is a timely paper by Madison Scholar on the topic of “Climate Change and the Spread of Terrorism: The Indirect Linkage“. The author evaluates the links between climate change and the rise of terrorist groups in fragile states that are already experiencing conflict, or have a high potential to do so.
